Karen is a qualified Kinesiologist, Reiki Practitioner and a Registered Nurse of 16 years. 
Her interest is in preventative medicine and helping people to invest in their future health. 

She is passionate about educating her clients and assisting them to live their life to their full potential.

In her sessions Karen incorporates a variety of different applications such as Herbal medicine, Nutritional Supplementation, Bush Flower Essences, Meridian and Chakra energy flow, Emotional Stress Release, and Aromatherapy. 

Karen can assist with Digestive Disorders, Insomnia/Sleeping Disorders, Anxiety/Phobias/Fears, Depression, Learning Difficulties, Fertility, Menopause/Hormonal imbalances, Fatigue/Tiredness and General wellbeing.
